When a home owner wants to make a change outside the walls of their home they have to submit an request form that the ARC committee reviews and either approves to pass on the the Board of Directors, asks for more information, or dis-approves and forwards to the Board. The Board of Directors make the final decision as to approval or dis-approval. If no action is taken on the request within 30 days it is automatically approved. We are not a policing committee. If a violation is brought to our attention we will investigate and report our findings and recommendations for action to the Board. Just because something was done long ago does not mean it is grandfathered in. If a request was not submitted for the change the Board has the right to have it brought back to the pre-change condition at any time. Hopefully, everyone will follow the rules and the overall community will benefit.
